We ship all postage via DHL or Royal mail etc. so that it can reach you as fast as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3'o clock on the same day but please allow up to two days for dispatch. All items are sent via recorded delivery. If in the unlikely event that you haven't received an item we will follow Courier companies set procedure.
If we don't have an item that was ordered in stock we will let you know within two days and give you an expected time of arrival of a reorder, if you want you can wait for the item to arrive or you can always take the opportunity to refund your purchase.

Next day Delivery
We offer a special next day delivery service, which allows you to receive an item as soon as possible, whether it is because you have a big event coming up or your just impatient and can't wait to get your hands on an item. Once approved we will send out the item via next day delivery and the item should reach you the next day, please note this service includes an additional charge.
The procedure for this service is:
- Contact us before making a purchase requesting next day delivery
- Wait for us to respond letting you know if the option is available for the item you have selected
- Make payment, including additional charge, and the item will be dispatched on the day of payment
- Please note the item will be dispatched on day of payment not on the day of confirmation e-mail and this service is subject to Courier companies terms and service conditions
We use several courier services including but not limited to DHL , Royal Mail, DPD, etc. We will use the most appropriate courier service for your order which will depend on the reliability, and speed of service to your destination. Hence since when listing the item only one of these couriers can be selected on ebay, the courier might change at the time of despatch to ensure items gets to you reliably and quickly.
