Purchased item 17.04.24. Showed as paid but no dispatching of item till 23.04.24. Sent a message to seller respectfully querying why. No reply. 24.04.24, sent same message at 8.41am. No reply. Left a few hrs and then asked that someone please respond as payment had been taken. No response. 3 hrs later I find I have had a refund. No explanation. No apology. Wanted item for a special occasion. Item and size still showing as in stocks. Very disappointed with the service.
